Bekanntmachung: FMA verhängt Sanktion gegen die UniCredit Bank Austria AG wegen Verletzung von Organisationsvorschriften im Zusammenhang mit der Kostentransparenz Österreichs Finanzmarktaufsichtsbehörde FMA teilt mit, dass sie im Wege der beschleunigten Verfahrensbeendigung gemäß § 22 Absatz 2b Finanzmarktaufsichtsbehördengesetz (FMABG) gegen die UniCredit Bank Austria AG als juristische Person wegen Verstoß gegen das Wertpapieraufsichtsgesetz 2018 (WAG 2018) und die Delegierte Verordnung (EU) 2017/565 durch Verletzung von Organisationsvorschriften im Zusammenhang mit der Kostentransparenz im Rahmen des beratungsfreien Telefongeschäfts eine Geldstrafe von 117.600 Euro verhängt hat. Das Straferkenntnis ist rechtskräftig.
