Validation rule v89325_m should be deleted as it is not in line with reporting guidance and inconsistent with corresponding P3 data hub validation rules.

Background

v89325_m includes row 0050 which is not relevant since it contains same exposures as in rows 0020-0040. P3 data hub validation rules seem to be correct.
