Is the v90304_m control formula consistent with the other controls on C16.02 ?

Background

In accordance with the regulations, the sign agreement applied on rows 0070 to 0100 of statement C16.02 is that of FINREP, involving a positive presentation of expenses (article 141 ba). In addition, the v903193_s control indicates that these rows are expected to be positive. Thus, the v90304_m control formula appears to be inconsistent.
