Question

Could the column 0080 of template C 14.00 be filled with the value 'N' (i.e. 'not applicable')?

Background

When describing template C 14.00, the ITS 2021/451 is not consistent. Column 0090 indicates among possible values for column 0080 the "Not applicable" possibility (using the letter "N"). Quoting from ITS : " This column shall not be reported where codes ‘E’ (exempted) or  ‘N’ (not applicable)  are reported under column 0080 (Type of retention applied). " However, this value is not among the choices listed in column 0080 itself (the only value are A/V/B/C/D/E/U). Shouldn't the "N" value be listed in column 0080 as it used to be before COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING REGULATION (EU) 2020/429?
