A fine of € 6,000 on PIRAEUS BANK SA, as the successor of the ΑΤΕ BANK, for the infringement of the provisions of articles 5 (para 1 and 2), 8 (para 1 and 2), 16 (para 1 and 2) 20 (para. 1 and 2α) and 23 (para 2) of HCMC’s BoD’s Rule 1/452/1.11.2007 and the provisions of article 25 paras 5 and 6 of Law 3606/2007 in conjunction with articles 13 (para 1) and 14 of said rule, during the provision of investment services to its clients.
