A fine of € 9,000 on CYPRUS POPULAR BANK PUBLIC Co Ltd (under special liquidation), as the successor of MARFIN ΕGNATIA BANK SA, for the infringement of the provisions of articles 5 (para 1 and 2), 8 (para 1 and 2), 16 (para 1 and 2) and 17 (para 1 (b)) of HCMC’s BoD’s Rule 1/452/1.11.2007 and the provisions of article 25 paras 5 and 6 of Law 3606/2007 in conjunction with articles 13 (para 1) and 14 of said rule, during the provision of investment services to its clients.
