A fine of €8,000, in total, on National Bank of Greece SA for the infringement of the provisions of articles 5 (para 1 and 2), 16 (para 1 and 2) of HCMC’s BoD’s Rule 1/452/1.11.2007 and the provisions of article 25 (paras 5 and 6) of Law 3606/2007 in conjunction with articles 13 (para 1) and 14 of said rule and article 25 (para 2) of Law 3606/2007 in conjunction with the provisions of article 4 (para 1 and 3) of HCMC’s BoD’s Rule 1/452/1.11.2007, during the provision of investment services to its clients.
