(δ) της παρ. 3 του άρθρου 11 της απόφασης 2/363/30.11.2005 του Διοικητικού Συμβουλίου της Ε.Κ. καθώς και της παρ. 2 του άρθρου 2 και των παρ. 2, 3 και 4 του άρθρου 5 του ν. 2843/2000, αναφορικά με την παροχή πίστωσης σε πελάτες της.
