The HCMC's BoD decided to impose a fine of €4,000 on each of "OPTIMA BANK SA", "HELLASFIN INVESTMENT SERVICES S.A." (LEI:2138008NSD1X1XFUK750), and "EUROBANK SA" for infringement of Article 24(4)(c) of Greek law 4514/2018 in conjunction with Article 50(10)(a) of Implementing Regulation (EU) 2017/565.
