The Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission at its 975th/11.1.2023
meeting decided to impose a fine totaling € 15,000 on the company CAPITAL ΑΕPΕΥ for the
infringement of the provisions of a) article 16 (par. 5) of Greek law 4514/2018
(Organisational requirements) in combination with article 31 (par. 2e) of Delegated
Regulation (EU) 2017/565, and b) article 21 ( par. 1f and 4) of the abovementioned
Regulation.
