The HCMC's BOD decided to impose a total fine of € 3,000 on the company "CFS SECURITIES INVESTMENT SERVICES S.A." for the infringement of the provisions of a) article 24 of Greek law 4514/2018 in combination with the provisions of articles 9, 46 and 50 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/565, b) article 16 of Greek law 4514/2018, in combination with the provisions of article 5 of 1/808/7.2.2018 Decision of the Board of Directors of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission and c) article 25 of Greek law 4514/2018 in
combination with the provisions of article 63 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2017/565, when the abovementioned company was providing investment services to its clients.
