The HCMC's BoS decided to impose a total fine of € 3,000 on the company “CYCLOS Securities S.A.” for the infringement of the provisions of article 3 of decision 1/474/13.06.2008, of article 8 of decision 1/808/7.2.2018, and of the part eight of Regulation (EU) 575/2013, in combination with article 81 of Greek law 4261/2014, because the company did not provide the required disclosures laid down in part eight of Regulation EU 575/2013 and other organisational requirements laid down in the legislation.
