The HCMC's Board of Directors decided to impose a total fine of € 150,000 on Mr Panagiotis Diamantis, for the infringement of the provisions of article 8 par. 1 of Greek law 3606/2007, which was in force at the time of infringement, because he provided the service of investment advice as well
as the service of portfolio management without the required authorisation.
