The HCMC's BoD decided to impose a total fine of € 2,000 on the company "INDEX SECURITIES AEPEY" (LEI 2138005FNRAE83OSXP84) for the infringement of article 94 (par. 1) of Greek law 4514/2018 and article 21 (par. 4) of Regulation (EU) 565/2017, i.e. for the late submission to the HCMC of the financial reports of 31.12.2020.
