The HCMC's BoD decided to impose a total fine of € 23,000 on the company EUROXX STOCK EXCHANGE S.A., for the infringement of the provisions of articles 84 paragraph 2 point (g), 86 (f) and (i) of Greek law 4261/2014, and the provisions of article 6 paragraph 2 (a) of decision 2/452/2007 of the Hellenic Capital Market Commission, regarding the remuneration policy and the operation of the compliance function.
