The HCMC's BoD decided to impose a total fine of € 25,000 on the company CAPITAL SECURITIES SA, for the infringement of the provisions of article 25 paragraph 3, article 34 paragraph 1, paragraph 2 of Annex II of Greek law 4514/2018, article 21 paragraph 4, article 22 paragraph 2, article 24, article 58 subparagraph (a), article 59 paragraph 1 of Regulation (EU) 565/2017.
