La CNMV ha impuesto una multa de 30.000 euros a GESTIÓN DE PATRIMONIOS MOBILIARIOS, S.V., S.A., por la comisión de una infracción muy grave tipificada en el artículo 283.3 de la LMV, en relación con el artículo 192 bis del mismo texto legal y su normativa de desarrollo, por las deficiencias reiteradas y graves encontradas en los mecanismos de control interno, en el periodo inspeccionado comprendido entre el 1 de enero de 2022 y el 30 de junio de 2022.
