Die BaFin hat am 25.06.2024 einen Geschäftsleiter eines Kreditinstituts wegen Verstößen gegen § 25a Absatz 1 des Kreditwesengesetzes verwarnt.
Die Veröffentlichung erfolgt aufgrund von § 60b des Kreditwesengesetzes.
Der Bescheid ist seit dem 06.08.2024 bestandskräftig.
