Bekanntmachung
Die Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin) hat gegenüber einer ihrer Aufsicht unterliegenden Gruppe angeordnet, die ordnungsgemäße Geschäftsorganisation nach § 25a Abs. 3 Kreditwesengesetz (KWG) sicherzustellen.
Grund für die Maßnahme ist ein Verstoß gegen die Anforderung an eine ordnungsgemäße Geschäftsorganisation im Sinne des § 25a Abs. 3 KWG. Eine Sonderprüfung hatte ergeben, dass die Prozesse des Liquiditätsmanagements und des Liquiditätsrisikomanagements mit den Vorgaben des Kreditwesengesetzes (KWG) nicht in Einklang stehen. Die Anforderungen ergehen auf Grundlage des § 25a Abs. 2 Satz 2 KWG.
Der Bescheid ist bestandskräftig.
