Die Finanzaufsicht BaFin macht aufgrund einer gesetzlichen Verpflichtung eine Veröffentlichung der ProReal Europa 9 GmbH gemäß § 11a Absatz 1 Vermögensanlagengesetz bekannt.
Grund ist, dass das Insolvenzverfahren über das Vermögen der einzigen Darlehensnehmerin der ProReal Europa 9 GmbH eröffnet wurde. Diese hat nahezu alle Erlöse aus der Emission der Vermögensanlage erhalten. Ein Ausfall dieser Forderungen kann negative Auswirkungen auf die Vermögenslage und Liquidität der ProReal Europa 9 GmbH haben.
Die inhaltliche Richtigkeit der veröffentlichten Tatsache unterliegt nicht der Prüfung durch die BaFin.
