Die Finanzaufsicht BaFin macht aufgrund einer gesetzlichen Verpflichtung eine Veröffentlichung der ProReal Europa 9 GmbH gemäß § 11a Absatz 1 Vermögensanlagengesetz bekannt.
Grund ist, dass die einzige Darlehensnehmerin der ProReal Europa 9 GmbH, die nahezu alle Erlöse aus der Emission der Vermögensanlage erhalten hat, einen Antrag auf Eröffnung eines Insolvenzverfahrens gestellt hat. Ein Ausfall dieser Forderungen kann negative Auswirkungen auf die Vermögenslage und Liquidität der ProReal Europa 9 GmbH haben.
Die inhaltliche Richtigkeit der veröffentlichten Tatsache unterliegt nicht der Prüfung durch die BaFin.
