Die Finanzaufsicht BaFin macht aufgrund einer gesetzlichen Verpflichtung die Veröffentlichung der ProReal Europa 9 GmbH gemäß § 11a Absatz 1 Vermögensanlagengesetz bekannt.
Grund ist, dass die ProReal Europa 9 GmbH vertragsgemäße Zinszahlungen für das vierte Quartal 2023, die am 15. Januar 2024 fällig sind, nicht fristgerecht leisten wird. Das Unternehmen begründet dies mit dem für ihre Vertragspartner herausfordernden Marktumfeld der Immobilienprojektentwicklung. Angesichts der Marktlage führen die Vertragspartner der ProReal Europa 9 GmbH eine Risikoanalyse ihrer Bauvorhaben durch, die im ersten Quartal 2024 abgeschlossen werden soll. Bis zum Abschluss dieser Analyse hat die ProReal Europa 9 GmbH mit den Vertragspartnern eine Stundung der Zinszahlungen für das vierte Quartal 2023 vereinbart.
