Meldung
Das Bundesamt für Justiz (BfJ) hat am 4. Januar 2023 ein Ordnungsgeld in Höhe von 50.000 Euro zulasten der Defraq Ventures AG festgesetzt.
Der Maßnahme lag ein Verstoß gegen § 325 Handelsgesetzbuch (HGB) zugrunde. Die Defraq Ventures AG hatte die Rechnungslegungsunterlagen für das Geschäftsjahr 2021 nicht beim Betreiber des Bundesanzeigers elektronisch zur Offenlegung eingereicht. Rechtsgrundlage für die Sanktion ist § 335 HGB.
Die Gesellschaft hat gegen die Ordnungsgeldentscheidung Beschwerde eingelegt.
