Die BaFin hat am 15. Dezember 2022 Geldbußen in Höhe von 370.500 Euro gegen die ZhongDe Waste Technology AG festgesetzt.
Der Sanktion lagen Verstöße gegen § 114 Absatz 1 Satz 2 sowie § 115 Absatz 1 Satz 1 und Satz 2 Wertpapierhandelsgesetz (WpHG) zugrunde.
Die ZhongDe Waste Technology AG hatte keine Bekanntmachung darüber veröffentlicht, ab welchem Zeitpunkt und unter welcher Internetadresse die in § 114 Absatz 2 WpHG genannten Rechnungslegungsunterlagen für das Geschäftsjahr 2020 zusätzlich zu ihrer Verfügbarkeit im Unternehmensregister öffentlich zugänglich waren.
Die ZhongDe Waste Technology AG hatte der Öffentlichkeit den Halbjahresfinanzbericht für das Geschäftsjahr 2021 nicht zur Verfügung gestellt.
Die ZhongDe Waste Technology AG hatte keine Bekanntmachung darüber veröffentlicht, ab welchem Zeitpunkt und unter welcher Internetadresse der Halbjahresfinanzbericht für das Geschäftsjahr 2021 zusätzlich zu seiner Verfügbarkeit im Unternehmensregister öffentlich zugänglich war.
Der Bußgeldbescheid ist rechtskräftig.
