Die BaFin hat am 19. Dezember 2022 Geldbußen in Höhe von 1.460.000 Euro gegen die Aberdeen Corporate Services Limited festgesetzt.
Der Sanktion lagen Verstöße gegen § 33 Absatz 1 Satz 1 Wertpapierhandelsgesetz (WpHG) zugrunde. Die Aberdeen Corporate Services Limited hatte Stimmrechtsmitteilungen nicht rechtzeitig abgegeben.
Das Unternehmen kann gegen den Bußgeldbescheid Einspruch einlegen.
