Die BaFin hat am 7. Dezember 2022 gegen eine natürliche Person Geldbußen in Höhe von 160.000 Euro wegen Verstößen gegen §§ 33 Absatz 1 Satz 1, 34 Absatz 1 Satz 1 Nummer 1 Wertpapierhandelsgesetz (WpHG) festgesetzt.
Gegen den Bußgeldbescheid kann Einspruch eingelegt werden.

Gegen den Bußgeldbescheid wurde Einspruch eingelegt.
Aktualisierung (11.07.2024):
Am 21. Mai 2024 wurde in der mündlichen Verhandlung der Einspruch gegen den Bußgeldbescheid teilweise zurückgenommen. Im Übrigen wurde mit Beschluss des Amtsgerichts Frankfurt am Main vom 21. Mai 2024 das Verfahren gemäß § 47 Absatz 2 Ordnungswidrigkeitengesetz (OWiG) eingestellt. Der Bußgeldbescheid ist in Höhe von 40.000 Euro rechtskräftig.
