Die BaFin hat am 17. November 2022 gegen eine Leitungsperson eines Inlandsemittenten Geldbußen in Höhe von 149.800 Euro wegen Verstößen gegen § 40 Absatz 1 Satz 1, § 114 Absatz 1 Satz 2 sowie § 115 Absatz 1 Satz 1 und Satz 2 Wertpapierhandelsgesetz (WpHG) festgesetzt.
Gegen den Bußgeldbescheid wurde Einspruch eingelegt.
Aktualisierung (30.03.2026):
Am 6. Februar 2024 wurde der Einspruch durch Urteil des Amtsgerichts Frankfurt am Main verworfen.
Der Bußgeldbescheid ist rechtskräftig.
