Die BaFin hat am 7. November 2022 Geldbußen in Höhe von 382.000 Euro gegen die Carne Global Fund Managers (Luxembourg) S.A. festgesetzt.
Der Sanktion lagen Verstöße gegen § 33 Absatz 1 Satz 1 Wertpapierhandelsgesetz (WpHG) zugrunde. Die Carne Global Fund Managers (Luxembourg) S.A. hatte Stimmrechtsmitteilungen nicht rechtzeitig abgegeben.
Das Unternehmen kann gegen den Bußgeldbescheid Einspruch einlegen.
