Die Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin) hat gegen ein Finanzdienstleistungsinstitut im Sinne des § 1 Absatz 1a des Gesetzes über das Kreditwesen (Kreditwesengesetz – KWG) mit Bescheid vom 24. August 2022 auf Grundlage des § 56 Absatz 2 Nr. 11 lit. b) KWG in der Fassung des Artikel 3 des Gesetzes vom 23. Mai 2022 (Bundesgesetzblatt I Seite 754) zwei Bußgelder in Höhe von insgesamt 15.000 Euro festgesetzt.
Der Bescheid ist seit dem 6. September 2022 rechtskräftig.
