Union Service -Gesellschaft mbH: BaFin setzt Geldbuße fest
Die BaFin hat am 31. Oktober 2022 eine Geldbuße in Höhe von 200.000 Euro gegen die Union Service -Gesellschaft mbH festgesetzt.
Der Sanktion lag ein Verstoß gegen § 130 Absatz 1 Ordnungswidrigkeitengesetz (OWiG) in Verbindung mit § 33 Absatz 2 Wertpapierhandelsgesetz (WpHG) zugrunde. Die Union Service -Gesellschaft mbH hatte Stimmrechtsmitteilungen nicht rechtzeitig abgegeben.
Das Unternehmen kann gegen den Bußgeldbescheid Einspruch einlegen.
