Die BaFin hat am 21. September 2022 Geldbußen in Höhe von 50.000 Euro gegen die Ilion Holding GmbH festgesetzt.
Der Sanktion lagen Verstöße gegen § 33 Absatz 1 Satz 1 Wertpapierhandelsgesetz (WpHG) zugrunde. Die Ilion Holding GmbH hatte Stimmrechtsmitteilungen nicht rechtzeitig abgegeben.
Das Unternehmen kann gegen den Bußgeldbescheid Einspruch einlegen.

Der Bußgeldbescheid ist rechtskräftig.
