Meldung
Die Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin) hat am 24. August 2022 gegenüber der M.M.Warburg & CO (AG & Co.) Kommanditgesellschaft auf Aktien und der M.M.Warburg & CO Finanzholdinggruppe erhöhte Eigenmittelanforderungen angeordnet und zuvor festgesetzte erhöhte Eigenmittelanforderungen aufgehoben.
Das Institut und die Finanzholding-Gruppe hatten gegen die Anforderungen an eine ordnungsgemäße Geschäftsorganisation im Sinne des § 25a Absatz 1 Satz 3 in Verbindung mit Absatz 3 Kreditwesengesetz (KWG) verstoßen. Die Anordnung zusätzlicher Eigenmittelanforderungen basiert auf § 10 Absatz 3 KWG.
Gleichzeitig hat die BaFin zuvor gegenüber der M.M.Warburg & CO (AG & Co.) Kommanditgesellschaft auf Aktien und der M.M.Warburg & CO Finanzholdinggruppe festgesetzte erhöhte Eigenmittelanforderungen aufgehoben. Die von der M.M.Warburg & CO (AG & Co.) Kommanditgesellschaft auf Aktien und der M.M.Warburg & CO Finanzholdinggruppe einzuhaltenden Eigenmittelanforderungen haben sich im Ergebnis reduziert.
Der Bescheid ist mit Ablauf des 27. September 2022 bestandskräftig. Die Veröffentlichung erfolgt aufgrund von § 60b KWG.
