Die BaFin hat am 21. September 2022 Geldbußen in Höhe von 37.400 Euro gegen die Deutsche Postbank Funding Trust I festgesetzt.
Der Sanktion lagen Verstöße gegen § 114 Absatz 1 Satz 4 und § 115 Absatz 1 Satz 4 Wertpapierhandelsgesetz (WpHG) zugrunde. Die Deutsche Postbank Funding Trust I hatte die in § 114 Absatz 2 WpHG genannten Rechnungsunterlagen für das Geschäftsjahr 2019 und den Halbjahresfinanzbericht 2020 nicht rechtzeitig zur Speicherung an das Unternehmensregister übermittelt.
Das Unternehmen kann gegen den Bußgeldbescheid Einspruch einlegen.
