Die BaFin hat am 20. Juni 2022 gegen die SIGNAL IDUNA Bauspar Aktiengesellschaft zusätzliche Eigenmittelanforderungen angeordnet.
Grund für diese Maßnahme ist ein Verstoß gegen die Anforderungen an eine ordnungsgemäße Geschäftsorganisation im Sinne des § 25a Absatz 1 Kreditwesengesetz (KWG). Eine Sonderprüfung im Februar 2021 hatte ergeben, dass die Ordnungsmäßigkeit der Geschäftsorganisation im Sinne des § 25a Absatz 1 KWG in geprüften Bereichen derzeit nicht gegeben ist.
Rechtsgrundlage für die Anordnung ist § 10 Absatz 3 Satz 1 in Verbindung mit Satz 2 Nr. 2 KWG
Der Bescheid ist seit dem 24. August 2022 bestandskräftig.
Die Veröffentlichung erfolgt aufgrund von § 60b des Kreditwesengesetzes.
