Die BaFin hat am 15. Juni 2022 gegen die LBS Ostdeutsche Landesbausparkasse Aktiengesellschaft zusätzliche Eigenmittelanforderungen angeordnet.
Grund für diese Maßnahme ist ein Verstoß gegen die Anforderungen an eine ordnungsgemäße Geschäftsorganisation im Sinne des § 25a Absatz Kreditwesengesetz (KWG). Eine Sonderprüfung hatte ergeben, dass die Ordnungsmäßigkeit der Geschäftsorganisation im Sinne des § 25a Absatz 1 KWG in geprüften Bereichen derzeit nicht gegeben ist.
Rechtsgrundlage für die Anordnung ist § 10 Absatz 3 Satz 1 in Verbindung mit Satz 2 Nr. 2 KWG
Der Bescheid ist seit dem 23. Juli 2022 bestandskräftig.
Die Veröffentlichung erfolgt aufgrund von § 60b des Kreditwesengesetzes.
