Unzer E -Com GmbH: BaFin setzt Geldbuße fest (ZAG)
Die BaFin hat gegen die Unzer E -Com GmbH mit rechtskräftigem Bescheid vom 7. September 2022 auf Grundlage des § 64 Absatz 3 Nr. 5a des Gesetzes über die Beaufsichtigung von Zahlungsdiensten (Zahlungsdiensteaufsichtsgesetz – ZAG) in der am 1. Januar 2020 geltenden Fassung durch Artikel 4 des Gesetzes vom 12. Dezember 2019 (BGBl. I S. 2602) ein Bußgeld in Höhe von 350.000 Euro festgesetzt.
