Die BaFin hat mit Bescheid vom 9. August 2022 zwei Geschäftsleiter eines ihrer Aufsicht unterstehenden Instituts wegen Verstößen gegen das Kreditwesengesetz (KWG), insbesondere § 25a Absatz 1 KWG, und gegen eine zur Durchführung des KWG erlassenen Verordnung verwarnt.
Die Veröffentlichung erfolgt aufgrund von § 60b KWG.
Die Bescheide sind seit dem 12. September 2022 bestandskräftig.
