Das Bundesamt für Justiz (BfJ) hat am 14. Juli 2022 ein Ordnungsgeld in Höhe von 50.000 Euro zulasten der Centrotec SE festgesetzt.
Der Maßnahme lag ein Verstoß gegen § 325 Handelsgesetzbuch (HGB) zugrunde. Die Centrotec SE hatte die Rechnungslegungsunterlagen für das Geschäftsjahr 2020 nicht vollständig beim Betreiber des Bundesanzeigers elektronisch zur Offenlegung eingereicht. Rechtsgrundlage für die Sanktion ist § 335 HGB.
Die Gesellschaft hat am 1. August 2022 gegen die Ordnungsgeldentscheidung Beschwerde eingelegt.
