Die BaFin hat am 14. Juli 2022 gegen eine natürliche Person eine Geldbuße in Höhe von 2.500 Euro wegen eines Verstoßes gegen Artikel 15 i.V.m. Artikel 12 Absatz 1 Buchstabe a Unterabsatz i der Marktmissbrauchsverordnung (MAR) festgesetzt.
Gegen den Bußgeldbescheid kann Einspruch eingelegt werden.

Gegen den Bußgeldbescheid wurde Einspruch eingelegt.
Aktualisierung (01.12.2022):
Am 6. November 2022 wurde der Einspruch gegen den Bußgeldbescheid zurückgenommen. Der Bußgeldbescheid ist rechtskräftig.
