Die BaFin hat am 5. Juli 2022 gegen eine natürliche Person eine Geldbuße in Höhe von 20.000 Euro wegen eines Verstoßes gegen Artikel 17 Absatz 1 Unterabsatz 1 der Marktmissbrauchsverordnung (MAR) festgesetzt.
Gegen den Bußgeldbescheid kann Einspruch eingelegt werden.

Der Bußgeldbescheid ist rechtskräftig.
