Bekanntmachung der Prüfungsanordnung vom 08.07.2022 gemäß § 107 Absatz 1 Satz 1 des Wertpapierhandelsgesetzes (WpHG) (Anlassprüfung) gegenüber der FCR Immobilien AG für den offengelegten Konzernabschluss zum 31.12.2020 und den zugehörigen Konzernlagebericht für das Geschäftsjahr 2020 (Bekanntmachung nach § 107 Absatz 1 Satz 6 WpHG)
Die Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht hat mit Bescheid vom 08.07.2022 eine Prüfung des offengelegten Konzernabschlusses zum 31.12.2020 und des zugehörigen Konzernlageberichts für das Geschäftsjahr 2020 der FCR Immobilien AG gemäß § 107 Absatz 1 Satz 1 WpHG angeordnet.
Grund für die Anordnung sind konkrete Anhaltspunkte dafür, dass das Unternehmen die Anteile an der Immoware24 GmbH zum 31.12.2020 möglicherweise fehlerhaft zu hoch bewertet hat (IFRS 9 in Verb. mit IFRS 13). Darüber hinaus fehlen möglicherweise wesentliche Angaben in der steuerlichen Überleitungsrechnung (IAS 12) und Angaben in der Restlaufzeitengliederung der Anleihen und Bankdarlehen (IFRS 7) sind möglicherweise fehlerhaft.
