Die Bundesanstalt für Finanzdienstleistungsaufsicht (BaFin) hat gegen die WDB Abwicklungs AG mit Bescheid vom 7. April 2022 auf Grundlage des § 56 Abs. 5 Nrn. 14 und 19 des Gesetzes über das Kreditwesen (KWG) zwei Bußgelder in Höhe von insgesamt 30.000 Euro festgesetzt.
Der Bescheid ist seit dem 13. Mai 2022 rechtskräftig.
