Die BaFin hat am 13. Mai 2022 eine Geldbuße in Höhe von 105.000 Euro gegen die Endor AG festgesetzt.
Der Sanktion lag ein Verstoß gegen Artikel 17 Absatz 1 Unterabsatz 1 der Marktmissbrauchsverordnung (Market Abuse Regulation - MAR) zugrunde. Die Endor AG hatte eine Insiderinformation nicht unverzüglich bekanntgemacht.
Das Unternehmen kann gegen den Bußgeldbescheid Einspruch einlegen.

Der Bußgeldbescheid ist rechtskräftig.
