Die BaFin hat am 27. April 2022 eine Geldbuße in Höhe von 115.000 Euro gegen die Drägerwerk AG & Co. KGaA festgesetzt.
Der Sanktion lag ein Verstoß gegen Artikel 17 Absatz 1 Unterabsatz 1 der Marktmissbrauchsverordnung (Market Abuse Regulation - MAR) zugrunde. Die Drägerwerk AG & Co. KGaA hatte eine Insiderinformation nicht unverzüglich bekanntgemacht.
Das Unternehmen kann Einspruch gegen den Bußgeldbescheid einlegen.
