Die BaFin hat am 14. Februar 2022 zwei Geschäftsleiter eines ihrer Aufsicht unterstehenden Kreditinstituts wegen Verstößen gegen § 25a Absatz 1 Kreditwesengesetz (KWG) verwarnt. Die Veröffentlichung erfolgt aufgrund von § 60b KWG.
Die Bescheide sind seit dem 25. März 2022 bestandskräftig.
