Bekanntmachung nach § 109 Absatz 2 Satz 1 WpHG
Die Deutsche Prüfstelle für Rechnungslegung (DPR) hat festgestellt, dass der Konzernabschluss zum Abschlussstichtag 31.12.2019 der ZEAL Network SE, Hamburg, fehlerhaft ist:
Im Konzernabschluss der ZEAL Network SE zum 31.12.2019 ist das Konzernergebnis um ca. T€ 2.300 zu hoch ausgewiesen, da die Wertanpassung der aktiven latenten Steuern aus Verlustvorträgen zum Bilanzstichtag im Zusammenhang mit dem Erwerb einer neuen Tochtergesellschaft ergebniswirksam statt ergebnisneutral erfasst wurde. Dies verstößt gegen IAS 12.68 (a).
