Die BaFin hat am 25. Februar 2022 Geldbußen in Höhe von 22.000 Euro gegen die Readcrest Capital AG festgesetzt.
Der Sanktion lagen Verstöße gegen § 37v Absatz 1 Satz 2 und § 26a Absatz 1 Wertpapierhandelsgesetz (WpHG) alte Fassung zugrunde.
Die Readcrest Capital AG hatte keine Bekanntmachungen darüber veröffentlicht, ab welchem Zeitpunkt und unter welcher Internetadresse die in § 37v Absatz 2 WpHG alte Fassung genannten Rechnungslegungsunterlagen für die Geschäftsjahre 2015 und 2016 zusätzlich zu ihrer Verfügbarkeit im Unternehmensregister öffentlich zugänglich waren.
Die Readcrest Capital AG hatte die Veröffentlichung der Gesamtzahl der Stimmrechte nicht rechtzeitig vorgenommen.
Das Unternehmen kann gegen den Bußgeldbescheid Einspruch einlegen.

Die Gesellschaft hat am 7. März 2022 gegen den Bußgeldbescheid Einspruch eingelegt.
Aktualisierung (03.05.2022):
Am 26. April 2022 wurde der Einspruch gegen den Bußgeldbescheid zurückgenommen. Der Bußgeldbescheid ist rechtskräftig.
