Die BaFin hat am 17. Januar 2022 gegenüber der Stadtsparkasse Bad Pyrmont zusätzliche Eigenmittelanforderungen angeordnet. Grund für die Maßnahme ist ein Verstoß gegen die Anforderungen an eine ordnungsgemäße Geschäftsorganisation im Sinne des § 25a Abs. 1 des Gesetzes über das Kreditwesen (KWG).
Rechtsgrundlage für die Anordnung ist § 10 Abs. 3 Satz 1 i. V. m. Satz 2 Nr. 2 KWG. Der Bescheid ist seit dem 18.02.2022 bestandskräftig.
Die Veröffentlichung erfolgt aufgrund von § 60b Abs. 1 KWG.
