Die BaFin hat gegen ein Kreditinstitut i. S. d. § 1 Abs. 1 des Gesetzes über das Kreditwesen (Kreditwesengesetz - KWG) mit Bescheid vom 05.01.2022 auf Grundlage des § 56 Abs. 1 Nr. 69 des Gesetzes über das Aufspüren von Gewinnen aus schweren Straftaten (Geldwäschegesetz – GwG) ein Bußgeld in Höhe von 20.000,- EUR festgesetzt.
Der Bescheid ist seit dem 25.01.2022 rechtskräftig.
