Die BaFin hat am 22. Februar 2022 gegen eine natürliche Person Geldbußen in Höhe von 72.000 Euro wegen Verstößen gegen §§ 33 Absatz 1 Satz 1, 34 Absatz 1 Satz 1 Nummer 1 Wertpapierhandelsgesetz (WpHG) festgesetzt.
Gegen den Bußgeldbescheid wurde Einspruch eingelegt.
Aktualisierung (27.01.2023):
Am 7. Dezember 2022 wurde der Einspruch durch Urteil des Amtsgerichts Frankfurt am Main verworfen.
Der Bußgeldbescheid ist rechtskräftig.
